I really don't think that there is a lot to write about here. Just got back from Altoona, PA. Mom, Dad and I went up yesterday... it was a quick trip, but a nice one. Good to see Grandma again, as well as some others. I was sorry that it meant I couldn't get to St. Marys' graduation, but I really don't know if or when I'll see Grandma again... so congrats to my St. Marys buds... I've got cards to send!
Also went to Williamstown's graduation Saturday. That was nice, congrats to Jarrett, Jodi and Greyson!
Saw Jeremiah J. and Sarah C. the other day... they stopped by on there way to Moundsville from Charleston, SC. We met at the Pizza Station in town... that was nice.
I've been reading Terry Brook's book Jarka Ruus.... it's the first of his latest trilogy, High Druid of Shannara. I got the book from the library when it first came out in hardback, but when I realized it was one of those that ends with to be continued, I quit reading it... I wanted to wait for the rest of the series. Well, the second book is out, and will come out in paper back this August when the third book is published, so I hope to get them finished this summer. We'll see.
I had hoped this summer would bring the winds of change, and that it has, although not as I expected. I have said for a long time that I look forward to a really good year next year, and trust that I still won't be disappointed!
